Martina facilitated an inspirational lecture on “Entrepreneurial Mindfulness” at the Start Up Class offered by HWR Berlin. Her style of presenting the topic and the practical exercises were very illustrative and lively for the participants. Exploring different breathing and movement techniques allowed the participants to experience the positive effects of mindfulness. With her human resources background, Martina has managed to bring Mindfulness into the StartUp world and demonstrated that mindfulness is a valuable way of coping with stress.
